Be the Lifeline

We supply you with the rations - just a small amount of rice, split peas, kidney beans, salt, flour, fish and oil.

You can choose 5 or 2 days of eating the rations with Operation Refugee LITE. It’s tough, it’s eye opening, but it’s giving hope to Syrian refugees who have fled to Jordan and Lebanon.

Can you survive on the same rations and make a real difference? Set up your own fundraising page as you register and ask your friends and family to support and sponsor you.

Recipes, tips and all you need to know about the challenge is in the downloadable Kete below.
